Bon Dzogchen Trekchod Teaching, Transmission, and Practice Instructions

In this special weekend teaching Tempa Dukte Lama will give detailed teaching and practice instruction on Trekchod. The heart essence of Dzogchen is Togal and the foundation of Togal is Trekchod. Without mastering Trekchod, the genuine essence of Togal cannot be experienced. Therefore, this teaching is highly recommended for anyone interested in learning Dzogchen practice and stabilizing the nature of the mind.

Trekchod is the practice of open presence called great non-action. It is the practice of maintaining the spontaneous presence of intrinsic awareness in its genuine naked state without any mental fabrication or modification.

In this retreat, participants will receive teachings and instructions on

  • The direct introduction to the natural state
  • How to cease mental fabrications
  • How to genuinely rest in the natural state
  • How to integrate the Dzogchen view with everyday life through the actions of body, speech, and mind.
