The Six Lamps: Dzogchen Todgal Teaching and Transmission from Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud

In this special two-weekend teaching, Tempa Dukte Lama will give the teaching and transmission of the heart essence of Todgal practice of Bon Dzogchen according to the Six Lamps.

The main practice of Dzogchen is Todgal and Trekchod. Todgal is the development of vision practice in Dzogchen. Through Todgal practice with the Six Lamps, we point out where intrinsic awareness abides, which path it follows, through which door it exits, and in what form it appears.

Participants will receive teachings and instruction on:

  • Todgal as the heart essence of Bon Dzogchen
  • How to develop the Todgal visions
  • The Six Lamps and how to use them as a skillful means to actualize the ultimate realization of Buddhahood.
